Efficiency Maine Home Energy Loans
Efficiency Maine's Green Bank offers fixed-rate loans for qualifying upgrades, including heat pumps, insulation and air sealing, and heat pump water heaters. You don't need to receive a rebate to qualify, and loan terms range from one to ten years, with lower-rate options for income-eligible households. Rates and terms can change, and approval depends on the lender.
